Other Features and Offers on Our Website
In addition to the purely informative use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if interested and employ other common features for the analysis or marketing of our offers, which are detailed below. For these, you will usually need to provide additional personal data or we process such additional data which we use to provide the respective services. The principles of data processing previously mentioned apply to all the described purposes.

In some cases, we use external service providers for data processing. These are carefully selected, bound by our instructions, and regularly monitored.

We may also pass your personal data to third parties when participating in activities, sweepstakes, contract conclusions, or similar services offered jointly with partners. Depending on the service, your data may also be collected by the partners independently. Further information will be provided when entering your data or below in the description of the respective offers.
If our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you about the consequences of this in the description of the offer.

Objection or Withdrawal of Consent to Data Processing

If you have consented to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this consent at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing your personal data until the point of withdrawal. The legality of the processing of your data until the withdrawal remains unaffected.

If we base the processing of your personal data on a legitimate interest, you can object to the processing. This is the case when the processing is not necessary to fulfill a contract with you, as described in the subsequent description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to provide reasons why we should not process your personal data in the manner we are doing. In the event of an objection, we will review the situation and either stop or adjust the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing.
You can also object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time. You can exercise your objection to advertising via the contact details above.

Processing Data from Your End Devices ("Cookie Policy")

In addition to the data mentioned above, we use technical means for various functions, particularly cookies, which may be stored on your end device when using our website. You have the choice, when accessing our website or at any time later, to allow cookies in general or select which additional functions you would like to enable. Changes can be made in your browser settings or through our consent manager. Below, we first describe cookies from a technical perspective (2) before explaining your individual options by describing technically necessary cookies (3) and cookies that you can voluntarily opt-out of or disable (4).

Cookies are text files or information in a database that are stored on your hard drive and associated with the browser you are using so that the site setting the cookie can receive certain information. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer, and are primarily used to make the internet service faster and more user-friendly. This website uses the following types of cookies, whose functionality and legal basis we will explain below:
– Transient cookies: These, especially session cookies, are automatically deleted when the browser is closed or by logging out. They contain a session ID, which allows different requests from your browser to be assigned to the same session, and your computer can be recognized when you return to our website.
– Persistent cookies: These are automatically deleted after a set duration, which varies depending on the cookie. You can view the set cookies and their durations at any time in your browser settings and manually delete the cookies.

Mandatory, technically necessary functions for displaying the website: The technical structure of the website requires us to use techniques, particularly cookies. Without these techniques, our website cannot be displayed (fully correctly), or support functions would not be enabled. These are generally transient cookies that are deleted after your website visit, at the latest when you close your browser. You cannot disable these cookies if you want to use our website. The individual cookies are visible in the consent manager. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1) S. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Optional cookies upon your consent: Various cookies are set only with your consent, which you can select when you first visit our website through the cookie consent tool. These functions are only activated upon your consent and can, in particular, serve to analyze and improve visits to our website, make it easier for you to operate across different browsers or devices, recognize you on a return visit, or display ads (possibly for interest-based ads, measuring the effectiveness of ads, or showing interest-based ads). The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1) S. 1 lit. a GDPR. Withdrawal of your consent is possible at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing until withdrawal.

Web Analytics
Web Tracking with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web tracking service by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The purpose of using the tool is to enable the analysis of your user interactions on websites and apps and to improve and make our offerings more interesting for you based on the statistics and reports obtained.

We primarily capture interactions between you as a user and our website using cookies, device/browser data, IP addresses, and website or app activities. In Google Analytics, your IP addresses are also captured to ensure the service's security and provide us as website operators with information about the country, region, or location of the user (so-called "IP geolocation"). To protect you, we use the anonymization function ("IP masking"), meaning Google shortens the IP addresses within the EU/EEA.

Google acts as a data processor, and we have entered into a corresponding contract with Google. The information generated by the cookie and the (usually shortened) IP addresses about your use of this website is usually transferred to a server in the USA and processed there. In these cases, Google has committed to adhering to applicable data protection laws and has implemented a framework similar to the former EU-US Privacy Shield for international data transmission. We have also entered into standard contractual clauses with Google to ensure an adequate level of data protection in the third country.

The legal basis for the collection and further processing of the information (which occurs for a maximum of 14 months) is your consent (Art. 6(1) S. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing until withdrawal. In apps, you can reset the advertising ID in the Android or iOS settings. You can revoke your consent most easily via our consent manager or by installing the Google opt-out browser add-on available at the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en/.

Further information about the scope of Google Analytics' features can be found at marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/en/. Google provides information about data processing when using Google Analytics at the following link: support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en/. General data processing information that Google claims also applies to Google Analytics is provided in Google's privacy policy at www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.

Hotjar will use this information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate website usage, compile reports about website activities, and provide additional services related to website and internet usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a server of Hotjar and stored there.
We use Hotjar's anonymization function on this website. This ensures that your IP address is shortened, and that the analytical data cannot be personally identifiable. We do not combine the data with other personal data.
We only use this tool if you have given your consent via the consent manager. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) S. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can opt-out from the analysis function by simply enabling the standard "Do not track" function in your browser. In this case, we will not process your personal data in the way described here. An explanation on how to enable the "Do not track" feature can be found here: www.hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out/.
